These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Solvren Tech Private Ltd., a company registered under the laws of India, with its registered office at B.C Sen Road, Agarpara, West Bengal, India. Please read these Terms carefully before using any of our services. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our products.

1Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using any product or service offered by Solvren Tech Private Ltd. ("Solvren Tech", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • If you are using our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.

2Our Services

  • Templatement โ€” An AI-powered digital marketing and content automation platform for agencies, startups, and content creators.
  • Examenurse โ€” An online exam preparation platform for nursing students covering AIIMS, JIPMER, BSc Nursing, and GNM examinations.
  • SmartStudyIQ โ€” A gamified Olympiad preparation and competitive learning platform for school students (Classes 1โ€“12).
  • Digi Assist โ€” An AI-powered knowledge base and question reset platform for teams and organisations.
  • Each product is governed by these general Terms as well as any product-specific terms displayed within the respective platform.

3Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account at support@solvrentech.com.
  • You may not share, transfer, or sell access to your account. Each subscription is for a single user or organisation as defined by the chosen plan.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or are inactive for more than 12 months.

4Subscription, Billing & Refunds

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST.
  • Payments are processed via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on each renewal date.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard.
  • Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day refund for new subscriptions if you are not satisfied. Refunds are not available for partial months or after 7 days of the billing date. Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rata refund within 30 days.
  • Free tier usage does not require a credit card and has no time limit. Feature limitations apply as described on each product's pricing page.

5Acceptable Use Policy

  • You agree not to use our services to: upload or transmit illegal, harmful, defamatory, or obscene content; violate intellectual property rights; engage in spamming or phishing; attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our platform; or interfere with our infrastructure.
  • You may not use our AI content generation tools to create content that is misleading, fraudulent, hateful, or violates any applicable law.
  • For educational products (Examenurse, SmartStudyIQ), you may not share exam content externally, redistribute question papers, or attempt to manipulate leaderboards or rankings.
  • Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6Intellectual Property

  • All platform code, design, AI models, branding, and content created by Solvren Tech are our exclusive intellectual property protected under Indian copyright and trademark law.
  • Content you create using our tools (social media posts, study notes, knowledge base articles) remains your property. By using our services, you grant us a limited licence to process and store that content solely to deliver the service.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.

7AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

  • Our products use artificial intelligence to generate content, analyse performance, and provide recommendations. AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your specific use case.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before publishing or acting on it.
  • Solvren Tech does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.

8Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solvren Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
  • We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

9Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
  • We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute amicably. Most concerns can be resolved within 5 business days.
  • If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

10Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard.
  • We may terminate or suspend your access immediately without notice if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.
  • Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
